0 comments - Inclusion to Innovation

On Friday, May 13th, Tammy Palazzo, the Director of Client Services for Jennifer Brown Consulting presented the findings from the firm's benchmark study "Employee Resource Groups that Drive Business" to the Campbell Soup Co. Business Resource Affinity Networks (BRANs). Rosalyn Taylor O'Neale, Campbell's Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer introduced Ms. Palazzo and provided an update on the Company's D&I strategy. David R. White, Campbell's Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Executive Sponsor for the Asian Network of Campbell was also in attendance.

The meeting was broadcast over North America and included BRAN representatives from Campbell's World Headquarters in Camden, New Jersey; Campbell's Company of Canada; Pepperidge Farm in Connecticut; and facilities in Cherry Hill, Pennsylvania; Maxton, North Carolina; and Napoleon, Ohio. The objective of the session was for the BRANs to gain a perspective of what other companies are doing to leverage their ERGs to create business value.

I will be updating this post tomorrow with some details from the session. Jennifer Brown Consulting's study can be reviewed below
