Lisztomania! ? Franz Liszt ? the 19th century superstar virtuoso pianist and notorious man of the world, who was also a composer, conductor, teacher and, later on, an abbe. He was a man of far reaching influence whose life reads like a provocative work of fiction and whose work as a composer is as diverse and conflicting as his biography. Come celebrate this legendary figure in a unique Halloween event as artistic director of CPF, Jonathan Levin, dons his 19th century garb and takes you through the life and works of Liszt as Franz Liszt! Don?t let Jonathan feel alone however ? bring your own period costume or dress up as your favorite composer if you like! Light refreshments to follow.
