Ironmen need bus drivers, host families The Lorain County Ironmen are looking for licensed bus drivers for part time work with the team this summer. Lake Erie Lightning baseball tourney Lake Erie Lightning baseball team is holding a tournament on Memorial Day weekend for boys teams ages 10-14. Entry fee is $200 plus $40 per game umpire fee. For further information, call Mark at (440) 647-2726.

Elyria baseball tournament Elyria East Little League has announced three open baseball tournaments to be played at Elyria East Little League complex on July 28-31, Aug. 12-14 and Sept. 2-5. Amherst Baseball Camp The 2011 Amherst Baseball Summer Camp for To-Be 1st-6th Graders will be held June 15th and June 16th, The camp will be held from 9 a.m. through 11:30 a.m. at Amherst Steele Varsity Field. Amherst varsity youth soccer camp The Amherst soccer team is hosting its 8th annual youth soccer camp from June 27-July 1 at DePaola Park in Amherst. The camp is open to boys and girls, age 4-14. It is run by Amherst varsity coaches and players. Cost of the camp is $65 and includes a ball and a t-shirt. 5k Money Run The Ohio Cross Country Summer Showcase on June 4th will feature a 3.1 mile adult money run for both men and woman competitors.
