Prostate cancer is a scourge for the men. And the risk will progress as your age.
Eating a diet rich in fish oil is believed to reduce the risk of prostate cancer. This is because fish contain high levels of fat is good for the body, it's the omega 3.

The findings in the American Journal of Epidemiology suggests that men regularly eat omega 3 believed to have a lower risk of dying from one of these deadly cancers, which is about 34-40 percent.

"Eating fish can provide a modest protective effect on prostate cancer risk and development, as well as the possibility of death from other diseases," said researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston, United States, told through Dailymail (20/7).

A study last year by scientists at the University of California, Los Angeles found that fish oil helps reduce the amount of rapid cell division in the prostate cancer tissue. This is what helps to reduce the possible spread of disease to other body parts.

Choose fish that live in cold water, such as salmon, herring, mackerel or sardines that have very high content of omega 3. When you want to eat, choose raw (sushi or sashimi), grilled or poached, and avoid frying it.
